Tonight's game was cancelled due to weather. We have been given a new date for the Stitch N' Pitch event. It will now be held on July 28th. Plan now for stitching, baseball, prizes, and fun! See you there!

Painting with Yarn is now available through String of Purls. Are you feeling the need to expand your knitting creativity? Or perhaps you're thinking, "What are they trying to get me into now!?" We promise no brushes or actual paints are involved (unless you wish, of course!).

Painting with Yarn is a whole new angle to the "art of knitting." We help you design and coordinate a throw or blanket to match your home decor. If you are local to Omaha or passing through, simply bring in any home decor item with your desired colors. Anne will coordinate yarns to match the item. As a result, she will create a custom "throw kit" to match any room in your home! If you are not in the Omaha area, you can mail us a swatch and Anne will do a phone/email consultation with you.

Getting Ready for Stitch N'Pitch...Go Team!

We're all getting ready for Stitch N'Pitch on May 26th at Rosenblatt Stadium. If you don't already have tickets, get them soon! There will be a designated area for Stitch N'Pitch participants. Bring any project (knitting, crochet, embroidery, cross-stitch, etc) and enjoy an evening of stitching fun! If you're looking for a sport-theme project for the event, try Auntie Judith's Creations' "Go Team! Pillow" Now available as a kit. Just choose your team colors and you can design a one-of-a-kind pillow for the graduate or college student in your life. Show your team pride! Berkshire Hathaway Weekend

What a weekend! Omaha greeted Bershire Hathaway shareholders for a weekend of speeches, sales, events, and of course, food! The store was teeming with visitors from near and far.
