Winter Class List 2010

If you're an advanced beginner looking to start sweaters, then the Cherish class is for you! This bolero style long sleeved sweater knits up quickly with bulky yarn. Intermediate knitters looking for a quick knit might enjoy theCropped Turtleneck Sweater class. This short waist pullover has cables and bobbles knit in bulky yarn. Advanced knitters will find the Sasha Skirt class a great challenge and can look forward to a beautiful lace skirt just in time for Spring! We have some new class features this quarter. For all levels, we've added a Color Workshop. Learn how to evaluate colors and put them together for the look you want. We've also addeda Technique Workshop. This one session class will teach you variousways to increase, cast on and bind off. Be prepared for your next pattern or class! For our advanced knitters, we've added a weekday class! Knit aFair Isle Vest in stunning patterns using only 2 colors at a time.

Infinity Scarf by Nonsuch Knits

The new craze at the store is Nonsuch Knits' "Infinity Scarf!" Wear it as a scarf, doubled scarf, or have an instant hood! Quick to knit in bulky yarn -- this project is a breeze. Choose from two stitch patterns...knit it with Misti Alpaca Chunky or Brown Sheep Burly Spun, you choose!

Candy Corn Treat Bags

OK, crocheters! Check out these adorable treat bags! I don't know about you, but candy corn is one of my favorite parts of fall. Every fall I end up buying a bag (or 3) of these little treats...usually about the time the leaves change color and the air starts to "smell" like autumn.
